All the major petroleum and mining companies continue their operations as usual. Millennial has been operating without any interruptions and will continue with its Phase 1 exploration program which has already proven successful with the intersection of two additional potash Cycles below the bottom of historic drillhole BA-002."

Millennial's senior management and local Gabon country manager have engaged with representatives of the UN and other international bodies and report that Gabon remains calm and that recent political events have had no impact on the ongoing exploration programme at its Banio Potash Project. New Gabonese leaders have given assurances that all commercial agreements, licenses, and permits will remain in place. Gabon is an OPEC member that produces approx. 200,000 barrels of oil daily and major producers Maurel and Prom, BW Energy and others have indicated all offshore and onshore operations are continuing as normal. In addition, Eramet has resumed production at its large manganese operation after a brief temporary shutdown on Aug. 30. A recent article by Oxford Economics Africa (Political Focus-Gabon, 05/09/2023) maintains its Low-Moderate risk level for the country, lower than before the political events, a similar level to Ghana, Namibia, South Africa, and Morocco, and trending neutral. The article also reiterates that the business and policy environments will remain broadly unchanged. Millennial will continue its current drilling program and will closely monitor the situation in Gabon.

The Phase 1 drill program is in progress and the extension of historic hole BA-002 has been completed to a depth of 552.5m. Preliminary interpretations indicate that evaporite Cycles IV and III with beds of massive nodular carnallite and minor halite have been intersected (see photos below). Core is currently being logged and sampled and will be expedited to the Saskatchewan Research Council ("SRC") Potash Laboratory in Saskatoon for analysis. The drill rig is currently mobilizing to historic hole BA-001 to complete an approx. 250m extension from the bottom of the historic hole to test for additional potash cycles. Data from extended holes BA-002 and BA-001, and BA-003, including re-sampling data, are expected to form a basis for a potential initial maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the North Target. No drillholes from the South Target, scheduled to be tested in late 2023/early 2024, will be included in this initial MRE.

Gabon conducted presidential elections on Aug. 26^th and the incumbent president was declared the winner. However, some opposition groups have contested the results and there is some uncertainty as to the current political situation within the country.

We have received no reports of unrest or any other disturbance around our operations in the southern part of the country. Reports from Millennial staff on the ground indicate the situation on the ground is quiet. To date the camp area and drilling operations remain unaffected but the Company will closely monitor the situation to ensure the safety of all MLP's staff.

The Private Placement was for a total of 5,000,000 units (the "Units"). Each Unit consisted of one common share and one-half share purchase warrant. Each of the 2,500,000 whole share purchase warrants are exercisable for a period of two years from the date of issuance at a price of CDN$0.60 per share. Commissions on the Private Placement totalling CDN$97,195 and 242,988 finders' warrants were paid in connection with closing the Private Placement. (TSXV: MLP) (OTCQB: MLPNF) (FSE: X0D) ("MLP", "Millennial" or the "Company") is pleased to report it has received analytical results for the resampling program of hole BA-002 at its Banio Potash Project (the "Project"). Results confirm that BA-002 intersected evaporite Cycles V, VI, VII and VIII cutting 13 carnallitite seams including up to 28.81m of carnallite. Interpretation of the data confirms previous values reported by the previous owners of the Property, Infinity Lithium Corp. ("Infinity") and Plymouth Minerals Corp., indicating the historic data is suitable for future use evaluating the potash potential of the Project.

Farhad Abasov, Millennial's Chair, commented, "Millennial is pleased to have received the analytical results from the sampling of the pulps from historic drill hole BA-002. The results confirm the presence of abundant carnallitite seams at the north end of the property with widths of up to 28.8m and grades up to 16.7 % KCl. The top of the sequence is marked by several sylvinite layers up to 3.75m thick and up to 26.25% KCl representing an additional target that may be amenable to solution mining. Both the carnallitite and sylvinite targets will be tested in the upcoming drill program scheduled to start in Q3."

Millennial, with potash engineering consultants ERCOSPLAN Ingenieurgesellschaft Geotechnik und Bergbau mbH ("ERCOSPLAN"), selected 207 key, stored pulp samples (approx. 250g each) with high K-grades from the Infinity Lithium's potash drillhole BA-002, completed in 2017. Samples were analyzed by potash specialist K-UTEC Salt Technologies of Germany ("K-UTEC") using multi-element ICP for Na, K, Mg, Ca and S (SO4), titration methods for Chloride, as well as gravimetric determination of the insoluble content for each sample. The results were incorporated into the Project drillhole database replacing the values found by Infinity while low grade Infinity samples remained to create a database of combined, vetted, Infinity results and updated results from the Millennial sampling program.

Review of the historic geology logs and drillhole data indicates evaporite Cycles V, VI, VII, and VIII were intersected by BA-002. The criteria for seam boundary determination utilized a minimum width of 1m and a minimum average grade of 10.8% KCl. The cycles are comprised primarily of carnallitite seams and halite lenses as well as some sylvinite in Cycle VIII higher in the sequence. These sylvinite seams reach 3.75m in thickness and grade up to 25.2% KCl (see table below). Cycle VII contains one sylvinite/carnallitite seam at the top followed by 10 carnallite seams that vary in width from 1.25m to 7.50m and have a cumulative thickness of 28.35m. The grades of the carnallitite seams ranged from 12.0% KCl to 15.1% KCl with an average of 14.7% KCl over the 28.35m combined sequence.

Cycle VI is defined by one seam, essentially bedded carnallite with intermittent halite over a thickness of 28.81m. The average grade of the seam is 12.3% KCl indicating the potential for a significant target that if continuous could possibly be amenable to bulk solution mining. Cycle V is comprised of 3 carnallitite seams, up to 10.05m thick with grades of up to 16.7% KCl (see table below).

In addition to confirming carnallitite seam widths and grades, the resampling program was designed to evaluate the quality of the historic data from ALS Global of Brisbane, Australia for overall intermediate grade potash samples by comparing it with a lab specializing in potash analysis. The graph below indicates that the analytical data from ALS Global for BA-002 tends to slightly overestimate the K-content for samples with higher Carnallite content (K in the range of 7% to 15%). However, for samples with low Carnallite content the correlation with the K-UTEC results is satisfactory and the ALS Global data is acceptable for use in future evaluations of the Project.

Preparations for the upcoming drill program at Banio are ongoing including complete rehabilitation of the camp, establishing internet services and clearing of 4km of drill roads and drill pad access. In the Phase 2a program historic holes BA-001 and BA-002 will be extended 350m and 55m respectively to test the presence of additional potash cycles. Hole BA-004, located approximately 4 km east of BA-001 will be drilled to 700m depth in an effort to intersect and evaluate the entire evaporite sequence comprised of cycles II to IX. Drilling is expected to commence in Q3, 2023 and completed in Q4.

QA/QC

Pulps from the Infinity drill program in 2017 for historic hole BA-002 were acquired by Millennial from ALS Global and forwarded to ERCOSPLAN for evaluation. Geological staff from Millennial and ERCOSPLAN selected key samples which were forwarded to K-UTEC for potash analysis. Millennial/ERCOSPLAN did not insert blanks or standards into the group of pulps. K-UTEC's protocol includes the insertion of internal standards and review of this data shows no significant deviation from the accepted values. In addition, the Company selected 20 pulp samples from BA-002 and BA-003 to be analyzed by both K-UTEC laboratory and the Saskatchewan Research Council Geoanalytical Laboratory (SRC) as check samples. The graph below indicates that compared to the results from SRC, the K-UTEC lab generated slightly lower K values (0.5-1%). This small discrepancy is not considered material at this stage of the Project. ALS Global and K-UTEC are both independent of the Company and have no relationship to it. ERCOSPLAN performs consulting and exploration related services for the Company under the terms of an agreement between ERCOSPLAN and the Company.

(TSXV: MLP) (OTCQB: MLPNF) (FSE: X0D) ("MLP", "Millennial" or the "Company") is pleased to report the arrival of a new universal drill rig, with associated drilling supplies and machinery, at its Banio Potash Project in Gabon. The new drill rig has been mobilized to the site of historic drillhole BA-002 in preparation for the extension of this hole to test the occurrence of additional potash cycles at depth.

The new drill rig arrived on site at Banio via barge from Libreville, the capital of Gabon. The drill rig is capable of drilling HQ core to depths over 1,200m, which is the Company's currently planned maximum target depth on the Banio Potash Project. The historic site of hole BA-002 to which the drill rig has been mobilized is northwest of the Company's camp location. The drill plan at the North Target includes extending BA-002 by 50-60m to delineate additional potash cycles below Cycle V. Upon completion of this extension, the drill rig will shift approximately 4km to the southeast to historic drill site BA-001 and extend this hole an additional 350m to a final depth of approximately 700m. According to recent reinterpretation of the geologic model, BA-001 was terminated prematurely having only penetrated the upper zone of Cycle VIII. Extending this hole by 350m has the potential to intersect cycles IV, V, VI and VII where the nearest historic hole, BA-003, intercepted as much as 27.5m of carnallitite grading 60.5% carnallite in Cycle VI (see the 43-101 Technical Report titled "Technical Report on the Banio Potash Project, Mayumba Permit, prepared for the Company by Ercosplan and filed on SEDAR on Jan. 24, 2023).

Upon completion of the BA-002 extension, a new hole, BA-004, which is located about 4km east of BA-001, will test the potential of potash mineralization in that region of the basin. If successful intersecting similar potash seams (beds), the mineralization will have been tested over a strike length of approximately 7km. The drilling programme at the North Target is scheduled for completion in Q4 2023 and this data will form the basis for a potential Maiden Resource Estimate also in Q4 2023. A drill programme at the Banio Potash Project's South Target, totalling approximately 3,000m in three new holes, is planned to follow the North Target drilling. Drill site selection at the South Target has been chosen to test the presence of potash cycles I to X as interpreted from gamma-ray logs of historic oil and gas drill holes in the area.

(TSXV: MLP) (OTCQB: MLPNF) (FSE: X0D) ("MLP", "Millennial" or the "Company") is pleased to provide an update on additional infrastructure build-up in the Mayumba region near the Company's Banio Potash Project. The Gabonese government, Perenco Oil & Gas Gabon ("POGG"), and Gabon Power Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding on April 6^th, 2023, for the development of a 21MW power plant to be powered by natural gas, and the installation of a gas collection network and treatment facility, with a 32km gas pipeline to the town of Mayumba. The power plant is designed to meet electricity needs in rural areas as well as future domestic and industrial electricity needs of the Mayumba region.

The new planned infrastructure will provide reliable energy supply, create job opportunities, and promote economic growth in the Mayumba area. The Mayumba thermal gas power plant will be supplied with natural gas through a pipeline and associated equipment linking offshore oil fields operated by POGG. The thermal power plant will have an installed capacity of 21MW but will be expandable to 50MW. A transformer station will be situated at Mayumba with a 20kV distribution line, and a transmission line will be constructed to the town of Tchibanga approximately 70km east of Mayumba as part of the government's initiative to provide electricity to southern communities.

The new power plant at Mayumba is a significant infrastructure development for the region and will replace diesel generator supplied power. There is an ample supply of lower emission natural gas from offshore development and a dependable inexpensive power source will help drive development in the region. The Company's Banio Potash Project could benefit significantly in the future from this development should a potash processing plant situated at Mayumba be a viable alternative for a potential operation. In addition, an important stage in the processing of potash brine from solution mining is thermal evaporation, and a natural gas source would be a significant benefit to a potential future mining and processing operation.

Millennial's Banio Potash Project remains committed to sustainable development and has taken a number of steps to ensure that the Project is developed in a responsible manner. These steps include the ongoing preparation of environmental management plans, community development programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Millennial welcomes the decision taken to replace diesel generated power with lower emission natural gas as a significant step towards providing reliable power to the region while simultaneously reducing carbon emissions in the greater Mayumba area.
